Overview
While the FL5 Civic Type R features high performance in its factory state, engine oil temperatures can rise rapidly during hard driving, such as on a race circuit.
The high-performance "Dual Engine Oil Cooler Kit" developed by CSF is specifically designed for the FL5, providing excellent oil temperature management from spirited driving to serious track use.
The two oil coolers installed on the left and right sides by this kit effectively suppress oil temperature increases even during continuous laps. This protects the engine from heat-related damage and maintains stable performance.

- Durable bar-and-plate core for high heat dissipation
- Aluminum oil cooler construction with TIG welding
- Pressure tested to approximately 8.4 kgf/cm²
- Features stainless steel mesh hoses with CPE liner
- DYME Pro/Spec quick-release fittings for easy removal during maintenance
- Billet sandwich plate with built-in thermostat (operating range: approx. 79–91°C)
- Includes 1/8 NPT port for optional oil temperature sensor installation
- Pre-preg carbon fiber bumper ducts to direct airflow to the oil coolers
- Increases total system oil capacity to approximately 6.6L for improved thermal stability
- All-in-one kit including laser-cut brackets, fender ducts, mounting hardware, and bumper cutting templates

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; none are shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may be instances of damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement products only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors within Japan.
