Since all databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please carefully confirm whether or not parts can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout.
Please note that the automatic shipping calculator may not function accurately for large items such as body parts. After you place an order, our staff will manually calculate the shipping costs; please be aware that if there is a significant difference between the shipping cost paid and the actual shipping cost, we may contact you for additional payment. If you are concerned, please consult with us before ordering.

○ Regarding Import Consumption Tax
This is a tax charged to the consumer when importing products from the United States to Japan. Since we pay the import consumption tax at the time of shipment, no separate customs duties or import consumption taxes will be incurred by the purchaser.

Depending on the product, items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to your address. In such cases, depending on the judgment of the local branch of the carrier in charge, you, as the recipient, may be billed for the import consumption tax. In cases where we cannot make the payment on your behalf, please pay (advance) the tax upon receipt, and send us the tax payment receipt; we will then reimburse you for the amount paid from your original payment total. Please consult with us regarding this process.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse or our partner warehouses. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, this takes time, so please place your order well in advance. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility that items may arrive damaged. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for customers who contact us within 7 days of arrival. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan. The products we handle mainly include competition parts and custom-made parts.

Due to the nature of the products, results may vary depending on the installation method, individual vehicle differences, and usage environment. As a general rule, we cannot provide compensation exceeding the scope of the delivered product (e.g., vehicle damage after installation, incidental expenses, labor costs, etc.).

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is confirmed in the product itself, we will handle the situation by replacing or repairing the applicable product after verifying the details. However, warranty coverage does not apply if the product has been modified or altered, or if the defect is caused by incorrect installation.

○ Regarding Cancellations
As a general rule, we handle order cancellations as follows:

Before product shipment: We accept cancellations.
After product shipment: We cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience.

Additionally, we cannot accept cancellations after product shipment based on delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

○ Differences in Units of Measurement
The products we handle are generally designed, manufactured, and sold outside of Japan. The units (inches, etc.) used in product details are those commonly used in the United States. If unit conversion is necessary, please look it up yourself or contact our support desk.

○ Regarding Automatic Shipping Calculation at Checkout
While our site's shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs, for large items (e.g., mufflers, aero parts, wheels, etc.), the automatic calculation may not correctly reflect costs due to the shape, size, or delivery region of the product.
In such cases, we may request additional shipping fees after your order is placed.

We highly recommend requesting a shipping quote before ordering, especially if you are considering purchasing large items. (We will calculate the correct shipping cost individually based on the shipping address and product size.)
