If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address at checkout. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a rush, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may be shipping damage to packaging or the products themselves. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
