Upgrade your off-road lighting with the Baja Designs XL40 LED headlight kit (with Hi/Low harness), specifically designed for Husqvarna FE-S models. Derived from the high-powered XL80 model, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven brightness to a wide range of bikes. The included Hi/Low harness allows for a low beam setting that utilizes approximately 25% of the high beam output, providing 1,435 lumens when needed.
Designed for dirt bikes with low-output OEM stators, it draws only 43.5W of power. This is the ideal high-performance upgrade for riders who previously lacked a compatible premium lighting option. When paired with the dedicated XL trail lens, it covers horizontal and vertical light spread, achieving excellent visibility from near-field to peripheral vision. The trail lens diffuses central light and eliminates harsh hot spots, keeping the view clear during climbs, descents, and sharp turns. The result is a smooth, uniform lighting field that increases confidence when riding difficult terrain.
This kit replaces the OEM headlight unit and includes an inline Hi/Low harness and Motominded mount for easy installation.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Generally, all items are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the lead time. All items are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Products handled by our company are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation/use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement support for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Support through other companies or distributors located within Japan is not provided.
