〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred upon importation, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic market (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs of our home page, this does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural strength study documents or similar for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, and off-road" only; please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
