Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Rear Ends (Set 06 / 23×25 Tooth Count)
Winters Quick Change gears are high-quality gears crafted from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined, and heat-treated for high strength to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and tune your final gear ratio according to circuit layout, tire diameter, and other factors.
With a quick change, you can set two types of gear ratios (High / Low) by swapping the upper and lower gears of the same set as shown in the photo below.
The final gear ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gear in your quick change rear end, so please confirm beforehand whether your unit has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set).

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-Ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Confirmation
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with your Japanese domestic model (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be ambiguous expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. Note that all items are shipped by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging or items. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors in Japan.
