Winters Performance 10-Spline Gear Set for Quick Change Rear Ends (Set 01 / 21x21 Tooth Count)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears precision-machined from SAE8620 alloy steel and heat-treated for high strength, making them capable of withstanding high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and tune your final drive ratio to match circuit layouts, tire diameters, and more.
With a quick-change rear end, you can set two different gear ratios (High/Low) using a single gear set by swapping the upper and lower gears as shown in the photo below.
The final drive ratio depends on the initial setup of your quick-change rear end's ring and pinion gears. Please verify in advance whether your rear end has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

〇Compatibility Confirmation
All product database items are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee direct fitment on Japanese-market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic shipping calculation and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Road Legal Status (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private land, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally, there may be shipping damage to packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
