If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page tabs, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates beforehand. All items are shipped via air freight. We do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land use, or use outside of public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
