○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery date. Please note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not ship via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide technical strength documentation or similar paperwork for these systems. Consequently, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
