○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page after you enter your delivery address. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or items that differ from your order. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
