Mazda Miata MX5 (ND) Hood Louver Kit (by Verus Engineering)
The Verus Engineering Hood Louver Kit reduces heat and pressure in the engine bay. By improving airflow out of the engine bay, the louvers improve airflow through the radiator and condenser, increasing the efficiency of the cooling stack. Furthermore, by reducing pressure buildup inside the engine bay, they reduce front-end lift and slightly increase front-end downforce.
The design process utilized scan data and CFD to place the louvers where they flow with the contour of the hood and in low-pressure areas on the hood to improve effectiveness.
This hood louver kit is for the ND Miata owner looking for a louver kit that is intentionally placed, manufactured, and tested, and is lighter than most carbon hoods.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that the shipping box or the product may sustain damage during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
