Turbosmart upgraded wastegate actuators have been developed to provide the maximum possible boost response for factory-frame turbochargers. The Turbosmart IWG75 series upgraded actuators feature improved "actuation rates" compared to factory equipment, leading to better boost response throughout the RPM range.
This improved "actuation rate" is achieved through an increased diaphragm and effective diaphragm surface area. By modifying the actual springs installed, the actuator becomes extremely responsive while further leveraging the forces (boost and backpressure) it acts upon.
Upgrading with the same base pressure as the factory unit allows for a wider boost range and an effective torque curve where peak boost is achieved earlier in the RPM range and maintained longer into higher RPMs. These improvements become even greater as base pressure is increased, though tuning and adjustment become more effective; recalibration may be necessary.

This is a universal single-port IWG75 actuator supplied with a 150mm long 1/4 UNF threaded rod, designed to be fitted to a variety of turbochargers. Some fabrication, including additional hardware such as clevises or brackets, may be required.

We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming fitment.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
