Small Size
The Comp-Gate's unique locking ring allows for easy access to the actuator and quick spring changes. The new actuator housing design has allowed Turbosmart to significantly reduce the height of the Comp-Gate40, making it up to 25% smaller than other wastegates in its class. The compact body profile provides superior flow, compact dimensions, and excellent thermal handling properties. Measuring only 99 mm, the Comp-Gate40 easily fits into space-constrained engine bays and remains accessible after installation. An integrated, coated stainless steel valve and optimal flow through the body ensure superior performance and reliability.
Unique Rotating Cap
The Comp-Gate's clever cap design and locking ring allow the cap orientation to be indexed in 12 different positions, making it one of the most versatile external gates on the market. Changing the cap position is a simple procedure: loosen the locking ring (using the tool included with the Comp-Gate) and rotate the cap to the desired position.
Wastegate Contents: 14 PSI spring (installed), inlet and outlet weld flanges, inlet and outlet V-band clamps, valve seat, 2 x 1/16 inch blanking plugs, 2 x 1/16 inch vacuum nipples, and a locking ring removal tool.

We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you order without confirming compatibility first.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the lead time in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that the packaging or the product may sustain damage during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with transit damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty claims will only be handled "through our company." We cannot provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
