3 PSI Blow Off Valve - Silver by TiAL Sport
The TIAL QRJ is our latest boost control valve. It is designed with the needs of high-performance recirculation systems in mind. The QRJ features a new body design, a compact installation envelope, high flow capacity, and configurable inlet and outlet ports.
Features
- For use in turbocharged and supercharged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. Equipped with a large 38.5mm (1.50 inch) valve.
- Optional configurations for hose or V-band connections on inlet and outlet ports.
- The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring, clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat or blowing out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard-anodized coated for wear resistance.
- The QRJ comes with a proprietary machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, and an oversized 10mm hose barb for fast actuator response.
- Multiple inlet and return port options for many installation configurations.
- Internal return spring pressure tuned for the fastest response. Custom spring options are available for other configurations.
- A great feature of this BOV is that the bottom can be swapped with the bottom of a Q BOV to make it a full atmospheric vent BOV.

Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Regarding shipping estimates, they will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product. We will only accept returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Please understand this. Also, regarding products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
