Adding a 50 mm blow-off valve to your vehicle is like giving it an extra hand on the road.
This standard TiAL 50mm BOV eliminates unwanted boost pressure, allowing your engine to generate more power and torque. This prevents heat soak and reduces wear on the supercharger clutch. It also ensures that critical RPMs can be shed during idling or normal use without worrying about damage to other components.

With a variety of high-quality springs available for different vacuum levels, and springs specifically made for supercharged vehicles, this product delivers on its promise. Features
- The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 50 mm valve with a dedicated valve stem/valve seal.
- An aluminum or mild steel weld-on mounting flange is included with each unit. Stainless steel hardware is available for an additional charge for comprehensive supercharger reliability and durability. Because 6061 aluminum is used, the housing can be anodized in various colors.
- Achieves an incredible 60% greater flow ratio than the original design. This means 60% more air is vented at the same valve size flow rate. This is the highest-flowing BOV on the market.
- Quick actuator response.
- A single Q BOV can support up to 1,800 horsepower.
- -2 psi spring for supercharged applications.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we only provide warranty support "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
