We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes.
