○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7–14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
