Honda D-Series Pro Intake Manifold
Over a decade ago, Skunk2 engineers revolutionized Honda performance by creating the first-ever high-flow cast aluminum intake manifold. Skunk2’s Pro Series intake manifolds for most Honda SOHC D-series engines feature a larger plenum and oversized runners when compared to the OEM version, providing maximum horsepower and torque gains. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly larger plenum and overly short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, the Pro Series manifold was designed for the "street enthusiast" who wants more power but does not want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. The result is improved airflow, an enhanced venturi effect, and both mid-range and top-end power gains.
Skunk2’s cast aluminum Pro Series intake manifold for Honda D-series engines is a direct-fit replacement for most D-series engines and is compatible with all factory sensors. The Pro Series intake manifold provides better horsepower and torque gains than the competition's manifolds without sacrificing mid-range output. The design incorporates specially tapered runners and a larger tapered plenum that works to increase and accelerate airflow while maintaining mid-range power to significantly improve top-end power. Pro Series intake manifold runner exits are also machined to optimally match the cylinder head’s ports. The shape and design of Skunk2’s Pro Series intake manifold also enhance the wave scavenging effect at the engine’s ideal operating range, allowing for a significant increase in usable power.

Installation Notes
- Not compatible with OEM D-series throttle bodies. Must use a larger-bore Skunk2 throttle body or similar.
- Not a direct fit for Civic Wagon or Wagovan. Clearance modifications required.
- Not a direct fit for '96–'00 Civics. Clearance for the brake proportioning valve and fuel filter is required.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents for the purpose of such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
