About Thermalnator Thermal Shield Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping the metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in an increase of up to 5% in power output.
The Thermalnator gasket allows the intake manifold to function like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer heated by the cylinder head, heat from the incoming air is dissipated through the aluminum very rapidly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F increase in intake air temperature, air density decreases by 1%. Higher air density leads to increased horsepower.
Average tests show a reduction of 25°F, with some applications seeing a reduction of up to 35°F. This is why the Thermalnator gasket is an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
