When swapping an LS engine into a vehicle, the clearance between the firewall and the engine can become very tight. Connecting the heater core lines properly becomes extremely difficult. The one thing you should never do is use lines not intended for such tight bends, as there is a risk of them kinking or, in the worst-case scenario, rupturing, leading to being stranded or overheating.
To solve this problem properly and completely, we have developed the tightest radius 5/8-inch ID 90-degree hose ends available. They fit perfectly in extremely tight spaces and are made of 5-layer reinforced silicone for maximum reliability. Combining these hose and clamp sets with high-strength plastic 90-degree fittings gives you everything you need to clear the intake manifold, making it easy to connect the heater core and water pump with standard straight hoses.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through our company."
