About Thermalnator Heat Shield Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of the Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in up to a 5% increase in power.
The Thermalnator gasket allows the intake manifold to function like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer heated by the cylinder head, heat from incoming air is dissipated through the aluminum very rapidly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F increase in intake air temperature, air density decreases by 1%. Higher air density results in improved horsepower.
Average testing has shown a 25°F drop, and in some applications, as much as a 35°F drop. This is why the Thermalnator gasket is an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging box or the product itself.
