Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. By using a Thermalnator gasket, heat transfer to the air entering the engine is reduced, resulting in a power increase of up to 5%. The Thermalnator gasket allows the intake manifold to act like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer being heated by the cylinder head, the heat from the incoming air is dissipated very rapidly through the aluminum. The basic formula is that for every 5°F decrease in intake air temperature, air density increases by 1%. Denser air results in higher horsepower.
Average testing shows a 25°F drop, with some applications seeing a drop of up to 35°F. This is why the Thermalnator gasket is an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model from the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) compliance
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" (Shaken), and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will provide warranty-related support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
