About Thermalnator Thermal Insulation Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in a power increase of up to 5%.
The Thermalnator gasket allows your intake manifold to act like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer being heated by the cylinder head, heat from the incoming air dissipates through the aluminum very rapidly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F increase in intake temperature, air density decreases by 1%. Higher air density results in improved horsepower.
Average tests have shown a 25°F reduction, with some applications seeing up to a 35°F reduction. This is why Thermalnator gaskets are an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we carry are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private land, or off-road use only," and any installation or usage is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "exclusively through us."
