If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic shipping calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Consequently, all parts are sold for "off-road, circuit, or private property use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support is provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
