〇 Regarding Import Taxes
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import taxes incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may significantly differ from the actual shipping cost in rare cases. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging box or the product due to shipping. We will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through us." We do not handle support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
