The Radium Engineering fuel filter kit is a bolt-on solution designed to replace the OEM fuel filter in many Nissan vehicles with a high-performance stainless steel alternative. It is compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including the S13 / S14 / S15 Silvia and the R32–R34 Skyline, and mounts directly in the factory filter location. No cutting or drilling is required; it secures using the original stud bolts, meaning installation can be completed with just a few wrenches.
Compared to the stock filter, this unit features lower internal resistance, reducing the load on the fuel pump. This decreases current draw, suppresses fuel temperature rise, and stabilizes fuel delivery. *The 10-micron (stainless steel) filter can be maintained through periodic cleaning. The 6-micron (microglass) filter model (20-0585-05) offers slightly lower internal resistance and better flow than the stainless version, but it requires periodic replacement and cannot be cleaned and reused like the stainless element (disposable).
