〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM); please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility beforehand.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All product information is translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may be rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
Generally, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not coordinate with other domestic companies or agencies within Japan regarding these matters.
