PB30 30mm Blow-Off Valve by Precision Turbo & Engine (Precision Turbo)
Crafted from lightweight 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum, Precision Turbo's 30mm unit features a satin black anodized finish, providing both an aesthetic appeal and long-term protection from the elements.
A Kevlar-reinforced silicone rolling diaphragm ensures quick response, while a hard-coat anodized valve stem increases durability. The 30mm BOV features a CFD-designed valve and valve body for maximum flow even at low lift, and the included O-ring seal prevents leaks.
Furthermore, Precision Turbo's 30mm BOV utilizes an innovative, industry-first proprietary wave spring to reduce weight while keeping the valve closed under high-vacuum idling. Precision Turbo's 30mm BOV is designed to release backup pressure generated when the throttle is closed via a spring-loaded valve diaphragm assembly, a critical component for preventing potentially harmful compressor surge from flowing back into the turbocharger, thereby reducing wear on both the turbo and engine.
Packaged with a weldable aluminum mounting flange, spring adjustment screw, and two top ports for ultimate versatility and adjustability, the high-performance 30mm BOV is compatible with most aftermarket manual and electronic boost controllers currently on the market.

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with ample time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
