Perrin Performance Transmission Support for BRZ/FR-S/86
The PERRIN Transmission Support reduces drivetrain movement during aggressive acceleration, deceleration, and cornering, allowing the engine to transfer more power to the wheels. This means more precise and better launches for drag racing and autocross-type events where you don't want drivetrain slop.
The PERRIN Transmission Support is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, so it will never wear out. And since it doesn't use urethane, it won't produce the squeaking noises common with urethane. The factory "T" shaped interlocking support does not fit snugly into the transmission support. The gap around this "T" shaped part allows the transmission to move approximately 0.5 inches in all directions. The PERRIN Transmission Support is a larger version of the factory part, eliminating the gap and reducing transmission movement. The PERRIN Transmission Support allows for only 0.1 inches of maximum deflection, keeping the rear end of the transmission in place during extreme driving and giving the driver a solid shift feel.
The PERRIN Transmission Support reinforces the factory transmission support and adds NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness). For most people, the sensation of the transmission and chassis being securely connected, rather than feeling loosely disconnected, is a pleasant one.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese specification vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs is automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air; they will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
