Perrin Performance BRZ/FR-S/86 Steering Rack Lockdown
The PERRIN Steering Rack Lockdown creates a solid connection between the steering rack and the chassis. This improves driver feel and communication from the front tires when navigating through winding curves.
Machined from solid 6061 T6 aluminum, the PERRIN Steering Rack Lockdown is perfectly engineered to bolt directly to the subframe and steering rack, securing the steering rack firmly to the car's frame. Unlike other aftermarket steering rack bushings that are simply harder than OEM bushings, the PERRIN Lockdown takes this further with virtually zero flex. No special tools are required to install the Lockdown.
The PERRIN Steering Rack Lockdown offers the benefit of improved driver feel at the cost of a slight increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). The increase in NVH is minimal and nearly impossible to notice.

Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty matters "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
