1998-2008 Subaru Forester Pitch Stop Mount by Perrin Performance
Under heavy acceleration, torque twist from the front axle causes the drivetrain to rock back and forth. To control this fore-and-aft movement, Subaru developed the pitch stop mount. The factory pitch stop is made of plastic with soft rubber bushings, allowing for significant movement under hard driving conditions, which causes drivetrain pitch and shudder.
The PERRIN Pitch Stop Mount controls drivetrain movement during both on-throttle and off-throttle driving, giving the driver a more positive feel and literally putting more power to the wheels by eliminating energy loss.
The body of the PERRIN Pitch Stop Mount is machined from 6061 billet aluminum and features a combination of 90a and 70a durometer bushings. The bushings are made as stiff as possible without creating excessive NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness).

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer name, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by us are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packing box or the product. For items with delivery damage, defective products, or products different from your order, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand this. Also, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
