The PERRIN intercooler core measures 28 inches long x 9.25 inches high x 3.5 inches deep, with a volume of 906.5 cu-in. This allows the PERRIN intercooler to achieve the best overall design in terms of cooling and pressure drop. The 3/8-inch bar-and-plate design is more durable than tube-and-fin designs, and can withstand rocks and other debris.
All PERRIN intercooler cores feature a powder coat finish that protects the intercooler from the elements. There are two finish options: Bright Silver or Stealth Black.
PERRIN end tanks are designed to distribute hot charge air across the entire intercooler core. By eliminating 90-degree corners and adding a smooth, gradual taper from top to bottom, turbulence is eliminated.
The PERRIN Front Mount Intercooler Kit includes a CNC-machined throttle body adapter to simplify boost tube connections.
Featuring boost tubes with a maximum diameter of 2.75 inches, PERRIN boost tubes feature smooth routing while remaining large enough to flow more WHP than most turbos can produce. These are CNC mandrel-bent from lightweight aluminum tubing and feature oversized beaded ends to ensure that hose clamps and couplers remain connected and sealed regardless of boost level.
PERRIN boost tubes are powder-coated to protect them from the elements and keep them looking great for years to come. There are two finish options for the boost tubes in this kit: textured powder-coated Black and Red.
PERRIN boost tubes take the smoothest and shortest path for air entering and exiting the intercooler. The short bend away from the turbo carries hot-side charge air through the intake system to the intercooler core. The cold-side boost tube is mounted high in the engine bay, clear of all accessories.
PERRIN is one of the only intercooler manufacturers to pressure test every intercooler to 50 psi. Even the slightest leak can cause turbo boost pressure to leak from the intercooler, resulting in a loss of vehicle power.
The front mount intercooler comes with a free PERRIN logo intercooler stencil. The stencil allows you to easily paint the PERRIN logo on the front of your intercooler. Simply peel, stick, paint, and peel.

If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) compliance
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
