2002-2007 Subaru WRX/STI FMIC Boost Tube by Perrin Performance
PERRIN boost tubes are CNC mandrel-bent from aluminum tubing for weight reduction. Every boost tube features oversized beaded ends to ensure that hose clamps and couplers stay securely connected and sealed. We choose the smoothest, shortest path to transfer air to and from the intercooler. A smooth offset coupler located right next to the turbo carries the hot-side air charge into a perfectly matched 2.25-inch boost tube. We chose 2.25-inch tubing to achieve a smoother, cleaner, and unobstructed routing while remaining large enough to flow more WHP than most turbos can produce. The air charge is routed through the engine bay next to the battery and down behind the radiator to the intercooler. The cold-side boost tube is mounted as high as possible in the engine bay to clear all turbo and intake combinations as it is routed through the engine bay to the throttle body.
T-Bolt Clamps: PERRIN Performance T-bolt clamps come standard with PERRIN intercoolers. They are designed to clamp uniformly at all points around the band. The wide band distributes force over a large area, and the fine-thread bolt with a nylon locknut allows for precise torque and proper clamping. You will never have to worry about re-tightening them down the road. Furthermore, each clamp features the PERRIN logo, is made in the USA, and has its torque specification stamped on it. ○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
