○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check lead times in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from your order, we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
