If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide structural review documents for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items that arrive damaged, are defective, or differ from your order if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
