○Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are shipped internationally, primarily from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us beforehand to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight; they will not be shipped by sea.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for these standards. ○Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging and products may occasionally suffer shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect orders if reported within 7 days of receipt.
