We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Please allow 7 to 14 days for international delivery, which differs from domestic shipping within Japan, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what you ordered. Additionally, for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
