At Shaftoya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf; therefore, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if our website's search filters (by year, make, and model) display a product, it does not guarantee a direct fit for Japanese models without modifications.
All product information is translated into Japanese using software; as this may result in ambiguous expressions, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address at checkout. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the system's automated calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you need your items urgently, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all items are transported via air freight and will not be shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
Our products are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with Japan's "Shaken" inspection standards, and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar certifications for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, packaging and products may occasionally sustain damage during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty support for products sold through us must be handled exclusively through our company. We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
