〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
