Compatible with RB25, RB26, and VG30 series 30A transmissions, this dog gear set is made from the highest quality billet material and boasts high strength. It is precision-machined using CNC, and each part is surface-ground after heat treatment to maximize strength.

This dog gear set comes with all the parts necessary for installation and can be installed into the genuine 30A gearbox case with 100% no modifications required.
Furthermore, this gear set is equipped with 6 dog teeth on each gear (compared to 5 on other companies' products), realizing even faster and more accurate shifting.

cs = counter shaft gear teeth
When using this gear set, the genuine 0.76 ratio 5th gear becomes a 0.55 ratio. This is because a 1:1 drive gear (4th gear) is used.
We recommend using 5th gear only when cruising at high speeds when using this kit.
A short 5th gear set with a 0.814 ratio (1st-5th short + reverse) is also available as an option.
What are the benefits of the optional Isotropic Superfinishing?
It is a surface finishing process that creates an extremely smooth surface with minimal roughness. It helps extend the life of the steel chromoly shift forks and allows them to operate more smoothly.
By creating an extremely smooth surface, it reduces friction between the shift forks and other components. This reduces wear and extends the service life of the shift forks.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs is calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for those purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
