Billet Idle Air Control Valve for RB Engines
Designed based on the 3-bolt R33 IACV flange, this billet housing is easy to source and set up, utilizing a common GM 4-pin stepper motor. A 6AN ORB inlet thread has also been added, allowing you to choose between a hose fitting or an AN line. It provides approximately 20% more air flow than the factory IACV.
Why use a GM 4-pin motor instead of the factory 2-pin?
- The 4-pin idle air control valve used here offers more precise airflow control compared to 2-pin valves. The higher pin count increases the number of "steps" per revolution, allowing for finer motor control and precise adjustment of airflow. In contrast, 2-pin stepper valves typically only control basic opening and closing of the valve.
- 4-pin valves are commonly used on modern vehicles that require precise idle speed control.
- Highly tuned RB engines may require the superior control of an IACV to maintain a proper idle. This billet IACV kit is the solution to that problem.
Note: To use this IACV, an aftermarket ECU that supports a 4-pin stepper valve is required. It will not operate with a factory ECU.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Additionally, please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for products with delivery damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
