Manley Turbo Tuff Billet Crankshaft
The Manley Turbo Tuff Billet 4340 crankshaft is the perfect crank to complete the build of your heavy-duty bottom end. Each crankshaft undergoes a multi-step heat treatment process and is nitrided (hardened) for maximum strength. The crankshaft is then stress-relieved, shot-peened, and Magnafluxed (stress tested). The center, crank pins, and counterweights are gun-drilled for weight reduction. Each Turbo Tuff crankshaft features knife-edged counterweights for proper balance and minimal rotational mass.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. For shipping cost estimates, these will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all items are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
