Manley Turbo Tuff Billet Crankshaft
Manley Turbo Tuff Billet 4340 crankshafts are the perfect cranks to complete your heavy-duty bottom end build. Each crankshaft undergoes a multi-stage heat treatment process and is nitrided for maximum strength. They are then stress-relieved, shot-peened, and Magnafluxed (stress tested). The centers, crank pins, and counterweights are gun-drilled to reduce weight. Every Turbo Tuff crankshaft features knife-edged counterweights for proper balance and minimal rotational mass.

Before You Order
〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaft-ya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles; please check whether the parts can be installed on Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model from the tabs on our home page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7–14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility that shipping damage may occur to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what you ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
