Manley Turbo Tuff Billet Crankshaft
The Manley Turbo Tuff Billet 4340 crankshaft is the perfect crank to complete your heavy-duty bottom end build. Each crankshaft undergoes a multi-stage heat treatment process and is nitrided for maximum strength. The crankshaft is then stress-relieved, shot-peened, and Magnafluxed (stress-tested). The center, crankpins, and counterweights are gun-drilled to reduce weight. Every Turbo Tuff crankshaft features knife-edged counterweights for proper balance and minimal rotating mass.

Before Ordering
〇 Regarding Import Duties
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
As our product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm the compatibility for Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
