EJ25 Platinum Series Lightweight Pistons
Manley pistons are machined from high-strength 2618 alloy. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to provide a long service life. An offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet startups. Our unique "one-fixturing" manufacturing process ensures perfect ring groove and skirt perpendicularity to maximize horsepower. All pistons feature moly-coated skirts. Total Seal round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and a premium steel top ring set are included with every kit at no additional cost. 9310 alloy upgraded wrist pins are available. Recommended clearance: 0.003" for mild boost and 0.0035" for high boost, measured 0.850" (for 79/83mm stroke) and 1.100" (for 75mm stroke) from the bottom of the oil ring groove.
Manley Subaru EJ257 pistons now include Napier-style second rings and high-tension oil rings (manufactured by Total Seal) for superior oil control.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may sustain shipping damage. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if contacted within 7 days of receipt for items that have sustained shipping damage, are defective, or are different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
