Manley Pistons 99.5mm Bore Grade A / 79mm Stroke
Manley pistons are machined from high-strength 2618 alloy. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to provide a long service life. An offset wrist pin design is used to ensure quiet startup. The proprietary "one-fixture" manufacturing process ensures perfect ring groove and skirt perpendicularity to maximize horsepower. All pistons feature moly-coated skirts. Total Seal round wire locks, premium chromoly wrist pins, and a premium steel top ring set are included in all kits at no additional charge. Upgraded 9310 alloy wrist pins are available. Recommended clearance: 0.003" for mild boost and 0.0035" for advanced boost, measured 0.850" (79/83mm stroke) and 1.100" (75mm stroke) from the bottom of the oil ring groove.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related matters must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
