Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
