Manley titanium valves feature a one-piece forged construction with grain flow, rather than having the head welded to the stem. These jewel-like valves are machined to tight tolerances on state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders. Manley uses the finest titanium alloy for both intake and exhaust, providing the optimal balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at given temperatures.
All Manley titanium valves must pass a rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control ensures parts are delivered within tight tolerances. Custom valves can be delivered within very reasonable lead times. Seat coating is available for specific shelf stock part numbers and custom valves as well.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections.
