If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-market vehicle models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page when you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatic shipping calculation differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order well in advance. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate beforehand. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
