〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product will fit your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All product information is translated into Japanese using translation software. As some expressions may be confusing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not designed to meet "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and any installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we cannot provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
